La zona gode di una tranquillità senza pari, arricchita dalla comodità della fermata \;Quattro Giornate\; del metrò a soli 5 minuti a piedi, che collega rapidamente ai principali punti di interesse della città.

Le stanze saranno disponibili a partire da febbraio. Il canone mensile è di 450 euro, spese incluse, per l'utilizzo singolo di ciascuna stanza, mentre per due persone è previsto un costo di 550 euro. Analogamente, il deposito cauzionale richiesto al check-in corrisponde a una mensilità di affitto, quindi può essere pari a 480 o 550 euro a seconda della modalità di occupazione della stanza. Costi amministrativi pari a 150 euro, da depositare al check-in.
