Temperature inside the apartment must to comply with Italian environmental laws. The price is referred to 1 single tenant. 2 people can rent the apartment together for the whole period of just for a few days (in case you want to host a friend for a weekend or a limited period of time) but a little extra fee applies (7€ per night or 150€ monthly)
