What do I have to pay to book?

The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, with a deduction of 100€ to pay for the checkout cleaning.

After the first month, you will only be charged the monthly rent and supplies.
IMPORTANT: In order to fully confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid before your arrival.
I have booked but would like to cancel, will I receive a refund of my deposit?
- More than 31 days before your arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
