1) The start of the contract can be the 1st or 16th of each month. The end of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.
2) The rental fees are biweekly. This means that if you move in from the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full rent will be charged and if you move in from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.
3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents have been received, I will send you a rental agreement by email. You must sign it and return it to me within 48 hours.
4) Registration is possible and the necessary documents will be provided after moving in.
5) Check-in can only take place Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-in on weekends or public holidays is possible upon request for a small fee of €100.
6) Liability insurance is required for your stay, which must be submitted to us within 15 days of your move-in date. I'm here to help and support you.
7) Other costs: GEZ fee €18.36 per month.
8) Final cleaning fee: €250. Intermediate cleaning for €60 can be booked optionally
