Equipped with all essential services, fast wi-fi, container bed, heating + air conditioning, smart TV, washing machine.
Would like to rent for medium-term contracts with referenced people with guarantees.
No smokers, no animals.
Internet is included in the rent's price. Instead, bills are excluded, to be paid separately every months (water and electricity).
A security deposit is also required.
