My apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, near La Rambla, Plaza Catalunya, Gothic Quarter, The Cathedral, Montjuic, Filmoteca, etc. Well connected by public transport.
I rent 1 double, comfortable and sunny room to an orderly, clean, responsible person, without bad habits.
The room has a comfortable double bed (135x190), closet, tables (one for the computer), several shelves. It is very quiet and bright.
In the apartment there are 3 rooms in total. I live in one of them with my 2 cats, they are calm and affectionate. I am a respectful person, easy to get along with.
The living room is spacious with a large kitchen, to share with me. The bathroom (with shower) is completely renovated, to share with me.
Cleanliness and order are important to me, as well as respecting other people's space. I ask for the same.
