The Space:
The open plan living space contains a modern, fully equipped kitchen
which is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, and even has a Nespresso machine for the finest morning coffee! Alternatively, the apartment is near plenty of restaurants if you prefer to dine out in style or enjoy a cosy takeaway. The living room features a large comfortable sofa, smart tv and high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for streaming TV (e.g Netflix), and all your browsing, social media and emailing needs. The spacious bedroom features a full length window, storage space for clothes and a comfortable Super King size bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed in the living area that can fit up to 2 guests (more comfortable for 1) and can be made up upon request.

Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.

Located in the city centre amongst a modern and safe development, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurant and cafes right on your doorstep. The majority of the cities attractions are within walking distance; Utilita Arena (5 mins), National Sea Life Centre (5 mins), Lane 7 Bowling (5 mins), The Rep Theatre (5 mins), Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery (10 mins), Bullring Shopping Centre (10 mins).
Getting Around:
Most points of interest in the city are within walking distance, but there are also a number of bus routes leaving from the main road around the corner from the property. Birmingham New Street Train station is a short bus or taxi ride away or a 10-15 minute walk.
Other Things to Note:
The sofa bed sleeps 1 to 2 guests but is more comfortable for 1 - Please inform us before your arrival if you would like the sofa bed made up - There is a £25 per night charge which must be paid for prior to arrival.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10\hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request via HousingAnywhere to complete the payment of the cleaning fee. Please do so, in order to proceed with the booking.
