It is a common guest house, it does not have a living room. You will have to share the bathroom with 4 other bedrooms.
If you arrive from the airport you can reach the apartment by ta(hidden) metro. If you come by taxi are only 15 minutes and cost approximately 15 euros. If you want to use the metro network it is 5 euros approximately the ticket from the airport to Alameda. At the airport you take the red line and get off at Alameda metro station and walk about 5 minutes to the apartment.-This is a great room. It is located in a good area of the city. Arroios or Alameda metro station (green line) is just around the corner (ARROIOS walk 1 minute or less). Metro Alameda 5 minutes on foot. There are restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, banks.

1- The Guest, upon arriving at the apartment, must pay the “deposit” to the owner. The value is the monthly price.

3- There is no air conditioning in the apartment.
4- If the guest stays more than 3 months, yes, he can register at the apartment address.
5.1. - There are a personal cleaner , they coming to clean the comun area . They dont clean inside the roons. They dont go inside but clean the comun area, clean the rooms and chsnge beds .they will only help with a few things, like changing light bulbs. And clean the common bath, the kitchen, the hallways and down the garbage.
APPARATUS RULES - IMPORTANTE
-In week 1, the guest who is in room 1 takes out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom.
-In week 2, the guest who is in room 2 takes out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom.
-In week 3, the guest who is in room takes out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom.
-In week 4, the guest who is in room takes out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom.

HOUSE MANUAL
- VERY IMPORTANT: Every guest room has a reference number. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are marked with your specific room number. Each guest can use his\her cabinets to store their food, clothing and toiletries. These cabinets should not be used for storing any valuable items. You are responsible for the security of your personal belongings items stored.
- Upon arrival your guest key will be presented to you. To agree an appointment time to receive your keys, we ask that you use the (hidden) messaging system (email and cell messaging) or whatsupp.
Guests are permitted to receive visitors. You may come and go as you please, however we do ask that you treat the apartment with the same respect you would give your own home. Noise is not permitted after 10pm.
