This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare can be found in the \;Part Dieu\; neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Plenty of restaurants, shops, public transports are at your disposal close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 , with elevator. It is ready-to-live-in and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, kitchen ustensils, pans, kettle, crockery... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items in the accommodation: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, housing insurance, household waste tax, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Part-Dieu, in the 3rd arrondissement, is both Lyon's commercial district and the main shopping temple of the city. During the lunch-time service, restaurants are buzzing as waiting staff rapidly serve professionals eating there.
