The room is equipped with everything necessary for short but very comfortable stays in this beautiful city. We pay attention to the details so that the environment is warm, clean and welcoming.
We select each user with similar tastes and preferences so that you can share with calm, respectful people in completely smoke-free spaces, committed to responsible and sustainable consumption during their stay in the city.
Although the apartment is small (82 meters), we enable very comfortable common areas so that you can share spaces with your (hidden) accommodation.
The rooms are bright, there is nothing in front of your window that prevents the sun from entering in winter and during the summer you can open the windows quietly, they all have protective meshes, as well as each room has individual remote control ceiling fans and central air that guarantees a very comfortable summer stay.
The beautiful kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can prepare food in a practical way. And the bathroom, although it is only one, is very spacious, completely renovated with very good taste and comfort so that you can share this space responsibly.
The general cleaning of common areas is done every week, you will clean your room, always keeping it in order and cleanliness for better harmony and coexistence. At the end of your season, you will pay 50 euros for its deep cleaning and disinfection, and thus deliver the room as you received it to the next student or digital nomad. We want everyone to feel comfortable and safe, at home.

Aunque el piso es pequeño (82 mts), habilitamos zonas comunes muy confortables para que puedas compartir espacios con tus (hidden) de alojamiento.
Las habitaciones son luminosas, no tienes frente a tu ventana nada que impida la entrada del sol en invierno y durante el verano podrás abrir tranquilamente las ventanas, todas poseen mallas de protección, así como cada habitación cuenta con ventiladores de techo de control remoto individual y un aire central que garantiza estancia en verano muy cómodas.
La bella cocina esta equipada con lo necesario para que puedas preparar alimentos de manera práctica. Y el baño, aunque es solo uno, es muy amplio, completamente reformado con muy buen gusto y confort para que puedas compartir con responsabilidad este espacio.
La limpieza general de zonas comunes se hace cada semana, tú harás tu habitación manteniéndola siempre en orden y aseo para una mejor armonía y convivencia.
A la salida de tu temporada, pagaras 50 euros para la limpieza profunda y desinfección de esta, y así entregar la habitación tal cual la recibiste al siguiente estudiante o nómada digital. Queremos que todos se sientan a gusto y seguros, como en casa.
