Hello! I am Larissa and currently working in Australia. That's why I'm renting my lovely and cosy apartment. It is situated in a vibrant neighborhood, within walking distance of cozy cafes, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It's tastefully decorated with a modern kitchen, cosy living room, and stylish bathroom - and last but not least a big private sunny roof terrace with a nice view as well.
It's easy to park the car in front of the door. The apartment has lots of plants and wood, creating a serene and inviting environment. It's located on a quiet and calm street with a bakery downstairs. Within 10 minutes you are in the city centre. The street is lined with trees, providing a refreshing ambiance. In just a 5-minute walk to many nice restaurants, parks, a shopping mall, tram and train station where you can rent bikes, and enjoy free parking on Sunday. And there is a friendly and quiet neighborhood with a diverse and welcoming community.
