YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Accomodation Services Contract, invoices + receipts, assistance with obtaining the Residence Visa (registo in Finanças\AT if it's necessary).
- Utilities (Up to €45\month of water, electricity, gas).
- WiFi.
- Fortnightly cleaning of common areas of the house.
- One set of bed sheets \ linen providing.
- Maintenance service.
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Security Deposit (similar to the amount of half month's rent and paid during the check-in).
+ Cleaning Fee (€25, withdrawal of the security deposit amount, in the end of the stay).
+ Extra cost of 100€\month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons.
MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for half months (fortnight), regardless of your move-in and move-out date.
CHECK-IN TIME:
- 7 days a Week - from 8 am until 8 pm
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document (Passport or EU ID Card) and fiscal number (if the tenant has one).
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the first day of the month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Loud noises are not allowed after 23:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
