The sleeping area consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom with shower.

Barceloneta beach is 3 minutes away, where people gather to enjoy the sea all year round, and Barceloneta Park is 4 minutes away. The nearest station is Barceloneta (L4), a 9-minute walk away.
