DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS:
- Booking on Housing Anywhere: You will pay one month to reserve via HousingAnywhere to reserve your accommodation.
- Before arrival: You will have to pay the deposit directly to the IBAN that will be given to you after booking.
- EXTRAS:
- Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is split between the tenant and us. For stays up to six months, it is approximately €100 each.
- Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes twice a month to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, terraces, corridor, balconies). The cost is €10\hour to split between each tenant of the apartment.
