You can reach the underground and the suburban railway station Schönhauser Allee (U2) in just a few minutes.
The monthly rent is a flat rate. This includes heating, internet, cold water and electricity (incl. hot water). GEZ fees are not included and must be paid by the tenant.

Noise of any kind is to be avoided during the night time from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. as well as on Sundays and public holidays.
FINAL CLEANING AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD
Upon moving out, a commercial final cleaning will take place, which will be commissioned by the landlord to a specialist company. The tenant shall bear the costs of the final cleaning in the amount of 200,-€. If the necessary cleaning effort exceeds the scheduled hours, each additional hour will be charged additionally. These additional costs depend on the degree of soiling, are documented by the invoice and will be charged by the landlord against the deposit.
