Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Stockwerke mit Küche, Wohnzimmer, 3 Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Balkone. Im Sommer glänzt die Wohnung mit dem riesigen, wilden Garten und im Winter hat sie ihrem Zauber durch die 2 vorhandenen Holzöfen. Im Keller befindet sich außerdem eine Sauna, die gerne benutzt werden kann. Es handelt sich um insgesamt 145m2 Wohnfläche. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen am Donauradweg (Jochenstein).
