I rent a studio for €975 to a student or worker between 18 and 35 years old with a double bed and double sofa bed that a friend or family member who visits us would use, closet, mirrors, TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, coffee table and a bookcase. It has another folding study table. The house is on the 1st floor, has heat pump heating and air conditioning, it is in the Chamberí neighborhood on Bravo Murillo street, next to Plaza de Quevedo, a 20-minute walk to Sol and 15 to Moncloa. It is very close to the Canal, Iglesia and Quevedo metro and buses 16, 61, 149, 37, 3... It is in a very commercial area with supermarkets such as Mercadona or Carrefour, Alcampo. etc, fashion stores like Zara, many shoe stores..., with large sidewalks and trees that shelter a multitude of terraces, bars and restaurants. The entire floor is made of laminated wood, it has a washing machine, clothesline, microwave, wifi...etc. Includes house cleaning once a week by a person hired by me. Currently I can only rent it from the month of July.
