Our 80 m apartment. It is located about 25 min. from the center of Madrid, 1min. from the metro (line 5\6 Oporto), day and night bus and surrounding area has all the necessary services, the apartment is completely renovated, it has two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and the entire apartment has its own balcony where you can have a coffee at dawn or a beer at sunset or simply enjoy the 360o views alone or in a space with your friends.
REQUIREMENTS
-Room only for girls (shared apartment only for girls)
-One month deposit (refundable upon completion of the contract and payment of all bills).
-Couples or pets are not allowed.
-The age of the companions is between 18 and 43 years old.
-We are looking for a NON-SMOKING partner, with good coexistence habits such as cleanliness, order, especially the usual ones when sharing a flat.
-The minimum stay is 3 months and a contract is signed.
-We do not register
-In the department we have a youthful, calm atmosphere, above all with excellent coexistence, camaraderie and mutual respect.

-The apartment is 1min. from the Oporto\Opañel metro line 5 or 6 minutes from the Porto metro.
-Approximately 1min. Day and night bus (comes directly from the center of Madrid)
-From the apartment to the center on the same metro line it is about 25 minutes, to the Complutense University about 20 minutes, to the Polytechnic about 20 minutes....
-The apartment is on the main avenue and around it there are several supermarkets such as: Mercadona, Carefour, Ldl, El Dia, Corte Ingles (Vista Alegre) as well as restaurants, cafes and gyms.

-On the same metro line you go to the center of Madrid (Callao, Ópera, Gran Vía), or walking to line 6 and in less than 10 min. You are in Méndez Álvaro or later Atocha or Chamartín.
