The apartment is situated in the quiet area of Montchat (Lyon 3rd arrondissement) , very close from the tram station of Reconnaissance-Balzac (Tram 3, direct line to Part-Dieu station and the largest shopping center in France) and bus stop (C9 and C26 to the scientific university Lyon 1).
All commodities in the street : bakery, supermarket, shops, restaurants, ...
A safe bike parking is available in the backyard of the building. A Velo’v station is in the street (bicycle sharing system).
The room is to rent for a minimum of 2 month.
Possibility to rent it for the whole school year (hidden), but in this case only for a girl student
