This private, semi-detached house has a spacious, light-filled living room with a comfortable sofa (which converts to a double sofa bed) and 50-inch smart tv. Glass doors lead into a large, airy kitchen\ dining area which opens out onto a private, sunny garden with a patio and rattan outdoor furniture. There is also a downstairs toilet off the dining area. Upstairs are two double bedrooms both equipped with smart TVs, and a separate large bathroom with a shower. An office room and off-street parking for two cars completes the list! Netflix & WIFI are included as standard.

We charge VAT at a rate of 20% VAT for the first 28 days 4% thereafter. The rental price mentioned is exclusive of VAT.
For short stays of less than 90 nights, there is an additional £5 cost per night.
