The apartment is holistically equipped with underfloor heating and luxurious features. It has beautiful and solid natural wood parquet throughout.
A quiet bedroom with access to the small private garden compartment is equipped with a king size bed (200X180) and a closet.
The kitchen with natural light is very stylish and fully equipped with refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction hob with booster and pots.
The living room has a large couch landscape with industrial table, so the evening can be spent watching Netflix on the SmartTV.

- In the time between 22:00 and 07:00 we ask for silence and consideration for the other tenants in the house.

are within a few minutes walking distance. They run every 5 minutes during the day
every 5 minutes during the day and two stops from U+S station
Alexanderplatz. So you can get very quickly by train to one of the
most central train stations in all of Berlin. From here you can reach all
