The modernly furnished studio offers two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a working area, a bathroom with shower and toilet, flat screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, multifunctional working and living area, modern bathroom: you will feel like at home while benefiting from our full range of services.
Weekly cleaning as well as changing bed sheets and towels is included in the price. Cleaning also possible on request.
- Parking in the parking garage of the building: EUR 13 per night
- Washing machine (EUR 4 per load) and dryer (EUR 2 per load) as well as an iron are located inside the building (not inside the studio apartment) available to the guests in the building.
- Guests bringing their pets: EUR 6 per night.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the city center by streetcar, putting you in a prime location. Discover Freiburg, the southernmost city in Germany, the Freiburg Cathedral and the historical buildings or admire the pretty alleys of the Klein-Venedig district. The Messe Freiburg, Sick Arena and the new stadium of the SC Freiburg are also in the immediate vicinity.
