This comes in handy during both winter and summer because during the hot summer nights all you need to do is open the window and let a cool breeze come in, and during the winter natural light shines in and warms up the room.
It’s located in the Goya neighborhood, inside of the Salamanca district. In a couple of minutes by metro you’ll get to business schools such as UIBS and IE as well as CEU University. In the area you’ll also find lots of different shops, restaurants and known places such Felipe II or Salvador Dalí squares and the WiZink Center.
