Upon entering you are greeted by the modern kitchen, it is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook at home. You will find from ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, to the inevitable duo for a good breakfast: coffee maker and toaster.
The living room is a bright space with a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch your favorite series or movies. The dining table is spacious so you can also use it as a work or study space. Large windows allow the entry of light but also access to the cozy terrace overlooking a quiet little square.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms: one single and one double. A third bedroom equipped as a dressing room has open and closed closets to store everything you need, plus each bed is canapé type to have more storage space.The rooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Paseo Sant Joan, 7 minutes from the apartment, is a beautiful road that invites you to go for walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the route you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
The nearest stations are located 10 minutes from the apartment: \;Verdaguer\; (L4\L5) and \;Fontana\; (L3).
