The living-dining room is comfortable and bright and has access to a cosy balcony overlooking Carrer de Lepant. The kitchen is modern and integrated and has all the utensils and appliances you need to cook at home. It also has a small table for quick meals and breakfasts.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and an open wardrobe. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower.
The flat has central heating, air conditioning in the main room and high speed wifi.
Just a few minutes walk from the spectacular Sagrada Familia, this area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. The flat is located very close to Avenida de Gaudí, which joins two important architectural works: The Sant Pau Modernist Site and the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. This avenue, full of trees and terraces invites you to enjoy a drink while appreciating the tremendous monuments.
At the same time, it is very well connected to get to any part of Barcelona. The nearest metro stop is Sagrada Familia (L2\L5), a 5-minute walk away.
