Ich biete eine vollmöblierte 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon für 2 Personen im Stadtteil Altstadt-Süd an. Die Wohnung ist wenige Meter von der Severinsstraße, dem Heumarkt und dem Schokoladenmuseum entfernt. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist gut, da diese nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt am Heumarkt und Severinsstraße vorhanden sind. Eine Bäckerei, Kioske und ein Supermarkt sind unmittelbar vor Ort.
Für Nachtschwärmer gibt es enorm viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe in den genannten Bereichen.
