Here is some info and the pictures of the brand-new apartment in VICENZA, settled in Via Firenze, n. 16
The apartment is SUPER EXCLUSIVE and is made up of a kitchen, 7 Single Rooms, 2 Bathrooms.
Just outside the building, you can find any kind of public transportation: the apartment there are many bus stops and also the tram stop.
In the neighborhood you can find any kind of store: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, a wide gym, the KFC and much more.
ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Unlimited Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
You will also have a group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything
The lease contracts are individual.
The pictures of the apartment are not available at the moment, because it is still being renovated. However, you can see in this folder the photos of other apartments, so you can understand how our APP 300 will be, since the arrangement of spaces, the furniture and Style will always be the same.
Once the booking is confirmed, you will have to :
?provide to pay 2 month of deposit
?pay the administration fee
?provide all of your documents for the registration of the contract
If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
