Rent this large and spacious student room with high ceilings located near the university area. This room used to be a ballroom but was remodeled into a dormitory, so it goes without saying that you will feel very sophisticated during your stay here. You will also enjoy the large balcony doors that open to let in plenty of fresh air and the beautiful view of the inner courtyard.
It’s located in the Rios Rosas neighborhood, in the centric district of Chamberi. You’ll be able to easily access universities such as CEU (on its campus from the center), Complutense of Madrid and Politecnica. In the area you’ll also find lots of shops, restaurants and museums such as the Geominero, Sorolla, Canal de Isabel II or the Natural Science Museum and parks like Bravo Murillo Park.
The closest metro station is *Ríos Rosas (Line 1)*.
