Though there are plenty of shopping opportunities in the area, should you miss the big city atmosphere, it's only a five-minute walk to Oieras station and a further 20 minutes to Lisbon by train.
In Carcavelos, you will find one of the largest beaches in the area, where you can surf\catch a wave after a long day or just free your spirit.
