The kitchen is semi-integrated and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from day 1. It has dishes, utensils and appliances such as stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker so you do not have to worry about anything.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: A suite type room, with 2 single beds, closet and desk; a room with bunk bed and closet; and a third room with 2 single beds and closet. These last 2 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
Its location is perfect, in the sought after neighborhood of Eixample, as it is very central, quiet and residential.
The apartment is located in Bruc street, 3 minutes walking distance from Plaza de Urquinaona (L4), 7 minutes from Plaza de Catalunya, the center of Barcelona, where you will find not only endless gastronomic options and shopping but also metro and train lines; 7 minutes away is also located Plaza Tetúan (L2), the visited Arc de Triomf (L1) and the Citadel park; and 12 minutes away is the Nord Station, which is the main bus station with national and international connections.
Being in such a central area, in the surroundings you will find absolutely all kinds of stores, supermarkets, squares, parks, bars, pharmacies and restaurants, as well as various tourist attractions.
