We are looking for a quiet person, preferably a responsible student. Beautiful room in cozy, newly painted and refurbished high-end detached house. The house is located right next to the ocean and a biking\walking trail. It is only a 5-minute walk from the University of Iceland and approximately 12 minutes from the town center. The room is located on the ground floor, and there are currently 3 other housemates on the same floor. The room features hardwood flooring, a security system, smoke detectors, and a brand new super comfy bed, chair, and open cabinet for clothes. Underfloor heating. There is a separate entrance for the housemates on the ground floor, and the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room are shared. Please note that the room is rented only for a single person. The picture is from another room in the same house. If you are interested in renting the room, please send your CV and further information about yourself, as well as how long you are planning to stay.
NB: Please note that this property is FOR FEMALE-ONLY RESIDENCE, with students especially preferred as tenants. One person is living in each room.
