Etage hat einen sehr guten Grundriss, bei der man vom Flur in alle Räume gelangt. Neben einem Balkon (Süd-West-Ausrichtung) gibt es ein großes sonnendurchflutetes Wohnzimmer (mit ausziehbarer Couch), ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einer stilvoll hergerichteten Küche mit Sitzecke und allen technischen Geräten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Toilette (gerade neu eingebaut) und Waschmaschine sowie zu guter Letzt eine praktische Abstellkammer\ Garderobe. Wi-Fi, TV, Bettwäsche und Handtücher etc. inkl.
Alle Fenster sind neu und ebenfalls erst eingebaut.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr grünen, sonnigen und außergewöhnlich ruhigen Hinterhofhaus mit Aufzug. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Getränkeshop, Reinigung, Apotheke etc.) befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Die beliebte Fußgängerzone in Hamburg Altona mit zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés ist fußläufig entfernt und bietet alles zum Wohlfühlen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 130 Meter entfernt. Die S-Bahn Stationen Bahrenfeld, Ottensen und Altona sind 7 bzw. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung wird von Privat für befristete Mietdauer angeboten. Die Miete beträgt 1.600 EUR inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

I offer a fully furnished apartment (63 square meters) in the heart of Ottensen\ Hamburg. The apartment located on the first floor has a very good layout. The corridor offers access to a spacious and sunny living room (with a convertible couch), a comfortable double bed bedroom, a stylish decorated kitchen with a sitting area and all technical equipment, a bathroom with shower, toilet (just newly installed) and washing machine as well as a practicable storage room\ wardrobe. WiFi and TV, bed linen, towels etc. inclusive.
All windows are new and also just installed.
The apartment is located in a green, sunny and peaceful area in the backyard of a 4 floor apartment house with lift. Shopping (bakery, supermarket, hair-dresser, dry cleaning and pharmacy) is just around the corner. The popular pedestrian zone in Altona with many shops, restaurants and cafés is in walking distance. The next bus stop is 130 meters away. The train-stations (S-Bahn) Bahrenfeld, Ottensen and Altona (with direct connection to Airbus) are approximately 7 to 15 minutes by foot.
The apartment is rented from a private owner for a temporary rental agreement. The rent amounts to 1.600 EUR all inclusive. No additional charges.
The apartment is fully furnished included all equipment (towels, tableware, bed linen, etc.).
