The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The facility is new and of high quality - was refurbished in 2022. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, various cooking utensils...).
You can rent a garage parking space if required. A deposit of €150 is required for the garage opener. Of course you will get this back :)
Location: The apartment is 700 meters from the Wiener Stadthalle, 1.7 km from Schönbrunn Palace, next to the main train station \;Westbahnhof\;. In the building is also a supermarket, around the apartment are many restaurants and bars.

Einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz kannst du bei Bedarf mieten. Für den Garagenöffner ist eine Kaution von 150€ zu hinterlegen. Diese bekommst du selbstverständlich retour :)
