The super cozy house is an amazing space designed by an architect, it has two mezzanines of approximately 4 & 6 sqm, one for you to sleep, and the other one to have a study or a guest. The perfectly fitted kitchen has everything you need, the house was beautifully renovated and has everything you need. I am in the city and can help with whatever you need.
LOTS of great restaurants, lively neighbourhood on Badstr. yet you live in a quiet street. With a big supermarket open 7-24hs, big park with public pool, boulder facility with a public sauna - all within walking distance. It’s great and very Berlin part of the city. Mitte Rosenthaler Platz is 3-4 Stops with u8.
