Our student residence in the tri-angle border of Germany has 143 single and 10 double apartments, which are centrally located just a few minutes' walk from various university facilities, shops, the main train station and the city centre. Since April 2021, students from all over the world find a modern and fully furnished new home here, which offers the perfect combination between your own living space and a great community:
In our house at Kasernenstraße 16-20, fully furnished, modern student apartments with their own pantry kitchen and shower room are waiting to be filled with life. You can choose not only the size and location of your apartment, but also between single or double studios. Get to know your roommates in the common rooms! You can clean your clothes optimally in the washing and drying rooms. Are you on two wheels? No problem! Park your bike safely in the lockable bicycle cellar. Your car is also safe in our underground car park. You will meet our house managers, who are always ready to listen to you, in the entrance area of their office.

Your apartment offers you a bright living room with bed including mattress, desk with chair, cloakroom with mirror, light-proof curtains, intercom and generally extra storage space. The pantry kitchen is equipped with two ceramic hobs, a combination microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a sink and counter. The modern tiled shower room offers additional storage space in addition to the toilet, washstand with mirror.
All services and ancillary costs such as heating and hot water as well as internet are included in the rent.
You can not only choose the size of your apartment, but also which floor you want to live on. Choose between our single studios between 18-28m2 or move into one of our double studios about 32m2 if you need a little more space. There is sure to be just the right apartment for you.
