The apartment is arranged over two floors:

On this floor, there is also one bedroom and a restroom with a toilet, bidet, sink, and washing machine.
The second floor offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a galleried living area which is bathed in natural light from the large windows.
