The designer Alexandre Girard further developed the now very well-known Plastic Chairs by Charles & Ray Eames for the furnishing of the restaurant \;La Fonda del Sol\; in 1961. The entire design was put together by the interior designer in a warm Scandinavian style around the design language of Eames and Girard.
