Het appartement ligt aan de Kleiweg vlakbij de kruising met de Rozenlaan. Supermarkten, cafes, winkels tankstation etc liggen allemaal op loopafstand.

Kosten:

There is a laminate floor throughout the house. It has two bedrooms, but it's possible to rent by three persons (couple and one person). Three persons is maximum.
Layout:
1st floor: hall with toilet, through the hall you reach the spacious living room with open kitchen (equipped with combi oven, dishwasher and large fridge). There is also a south-facing balcony at the back.
2nd floor: Bathroom with bath and the first bedroom.
3rd floor: cozy bedroom with two skylights.
Location:
The apartment is located on Kleiweg near the intersection with Rozenlaan. Supermarkets, cafes, shops, petrol station etc are all within walking distance.
Tram (50m), train (800m) and metro (900m) can be reached on foot.
Cost:
