Also, Viennas biggest tourist attractions can be reached by a 5 minute walk (St. Stephens Cathedral (4 min), Schwedenplatz (4 min), Hofburg (5 min), St. Ruprecht Church (3 min), Ankeruhr (1 min) etc.
There is a convenient sleeping option for 2 guests (double bed), which can easily be moved up in order to have more space in the apartment. The whole apartment is fully furnished and all overheads are included in the rent (WIFI, Electricity, Taxes, Water and Gas). The living room is very comfortably furnished with plenty of shelves, table, big windows, couch, SMART-TV (Easy Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime), etc.
The kitchen contains an oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge + freezer, stove, etc. Also new Plates and cutlery are included in the rental price, so you can move in without making any purchases. There are lots of ways to buy or order high quality or fast food in the area but our guest have also the option to cook for themselves and enjoy their meals at the dinner table.
The bathroom contains a large sink, large-space shower, bidet, window and storage options for care products. In a separate room there is the toilette.
There is also a storage room within the apartment with lots of space to store luggage, presents, etc.
Furthermore, there is a washing machine and dryer available in the washing room.
The apartment is located on the first floor and there is a modern, newly built elevator in the house.
