from now onwards there are two rooms available in a nice shared apartment in the 10th district, in Herzgasse. The apartment is close to the U1 station Reumannplatz and a two minutes walk from tram 6 station Quellenstraße\Neilreichgasse.
In total there are 5 bedooms. At the moment only male tenants live there. The rooms are each furnished with a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a toilet, and a separate toilet.
-The rooms are about 14 and 15m2.
-They are furnished
-The rent per room is 500€ per month and additional 70€ for internet, heating and electricity.
-The deposit is 1140€
-No smoking and no pets allowed.
-The contract is for 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the the end of February, August and September.
