La zona è residenziale e il contesto è particolarmente piacevole e molto apprezzato dagli studenti. Zona molto servita, vicina a tutti i principali servizi, come supermercato, fermata dell'autobus, farmacia, ufficio postale. A pochi passi dal Politecnico, accademia di belle arti e dipartimento di biotecnologie e scienze farmacologiche.
