1st-floor studio apartment near Corvin district Budapest. Equipped kitchen with washing machine. One room and a bathroom. No elevator.
The only payment options are either via Revolut or cash. The rental fee is in euros, and utility fees are in Forint. I will send the contract one week in advance so you can review it. We sign a contract once moving in, the same day and time I request the deposit and the administration fee. If everything is in order, you will receive the keys, and we will register the meters.
You must read the meters (electricity, gas, two water meters) and send them to me each month by the 10th; this assures you pay only for what you consume.
There is probably an upcoming booking after your term, so you must move out on the day we agreed upon.
Please note I will return the deposit once you move out, but only if the flat is in the same condition as it was on the day you moved in. If the flat is not clean or damaged, or something is missing on move-out, I deduct it from the deposit.
