This newly renovated 45 m2, 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Turro is a charming ground floor property. With its main door facing accessible from the interior courtyard, it provides you with a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is covered in windows that keep it bright and fresh. Upon entering you find an open-plan kitchen and living room with checkered floors, a couch, and a dining table. The kitchen corner also looks out onto the courtyard and comes fully equipped.
Located in a residential building on Via Privata Chioggia, you get the tranquillity of an interior property with the convenience of being located near busy Viale Monza. This is the main avenue in Turro and is lined with everything you may need from grocery stores to pharmacies to hardware stores. You are also a short walk to the Turro Metro stop, which will take you directly into the city center.
The heating is electric and centralized. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove so there is no need for a gas bill.
