As you enter Tranquility Apartment on the ground floor, you'll step into an open living area (35m2). On your right hand side you find the lounge area and on the left side the dining area. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with luxury new appliances, including induction cooktop, (steam) oven, dishwasher, a separate freezer and fridge. Show off your cooking skills to your guests who can enjoy a seat at the kitchen bar, or relax on the garden sofa after a hard day’s work. Throughout the day you can enjoy the sun in the garden or find shade depending on the time of day. You can enter the garden from the dining area via French door or create the feeling of an even bigger living space.

About the owner & the house:
I’ve bought this house in the beginning of 2021 and have been thoroughly renovating it for the past 1.5 year. By that I mean changing layouts & stairs, constructing a brand new second floor, replacing all plumbing systems, new electricity, sound dampening and isolating wherever I could. Basically, it's a new house;). The goal was to make it a quality home for myself and two tenants. So this started as a personal project to live in myself and later changed to a full rental house. The upside of it is that I’ve thought of all details and always choose quality over time. I’m really pleased with the result and enjoyed seeing my own creative idea’s come to life.
