As we work with a semestrial contract and a minimum length of stay of 5 months, the reservations can begin at the latest on the 1st of September for the period until the end of January or on the first of February for the period until the end of June. If you are planning to stay until these end dates, the start date is flexible, as long as the period is longer than 5 months.

If a tenant cancels more than one month before the start of the contract, we return full the security deposit.
Laundry cost - 130CZK per washing with detergents included in the price or 100CZK without detergent. Drying is 80CZK per 30 min, Or there is a drying rack in each room.
