This 60.5 m2 apartment with nice terrace in El Clot will delight you during your temporary stay in Barcelona.
Upon entering you find the hallway that leads directly to the bright and spacious living room with access to the terrace, where the spectacular view of the Agbar Tower and the Parc de les Glories awaits you. The kitchen is independent, and is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need during your stay, such as oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double bed. The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and also has a dressing room. Both bedrooms share a complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi fiber.
The location is privileged, in the neighborhood of Clot, one of the quietest and residential areas of Barcelona but at the same time enjoys all kinds of activities and stores in the surroundings, as well as tourist attractions very close.
At 5 minutes we find the Clot Market, the Plaza de las Glorias Catalanas and the Diagonal Avenue; at 8 minutes we find the Las Glories Shopping Center, the Design Museum and the Agbar Tower; and at about 13 minutes we find the impressive and unique Basilica of the Sagrada Familia.
The nearest station is Encants (L2), a 3-minute walk away.
