Are you looking for something unique for your stay in Rome? This mini studio apartment is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of most of the attractions, and is in one of the most exciting and beautiful areas of the city center! It is truly a place with a heart and a soul, derives from an ancient artisan workshop, and has everything you need to start your exploration of Rome: a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, WIFI, AC, table, and chairs. Bars, restaurants, and pubs around!

The studio is undoubtedly the smallest house you will ever live in, but also the most expertly organized so that you can rest, cook and sleep comfortably! Located on the ground floor of a tower once owned by the Bologna family, the street is named after their godfather, Alessandro, a carpenter, and keymaker. The restaurant is housed in an old artisan shop, perhaps the one where Alessandro once worked; once it had direct access to the street which is now a large showcase. Upon entering you will find the sofa bed on your left, a small table with chairs in front of you, the kitchenette, and the bathroom door on your right. You will have TV, air conditioning, WIFI and pans and pots for cooking. I have prepared a guide with directions to the most important places in the city,
Access for guests
You will have access to a mini room with a small kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. It's an old artisan shop renovated in a cute mini studio!
- The calendar is always up to date, so if you find the dates you are interested in available, you can book right away.
- It is possible to check in early, but it depends on the previous booking, so I will be able to tell you just a few days before your arrival. You can drop by and drop off your bags from 11:30 am onwards being careful not to slow down the cleaners in their work.
- You may check out late, but it depends on the booking after yours. So I will only be able to tell you a few days before arrival.
- Late check-ins are welcome. You can access it yourself at any time with a code. For self-check-in, all paperwork and cleaning fees must be paid before receiving the lockbox code.
Other things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has enough space for an open double sofa bed and a coffee table. So if you are planning to spend long hours in it it will not be ideal
- Trastevere is a neighborhood where people go out to party in the evening, so there will be noise until 2:00 am, and quiet until 12:00. , so be prepared to go on your sleep time if you plan to stay here!
- Don't come with large suitcases because there is simply no room for them. The maximum that can be placed on the shelf above the door is two bags of 55x40x20 cm each.
