and closet. Air-condition. You have to bring with you sheets, pillowcases and
towels because I think is best for you, is healthier. The room is for
exclusive use of each of you and only.
About the rest house: The hall room has a sofa. The
kitchen has table with 4 stools, fridge, cooker, coffee maker, dishes,
cutlery, glasses, pots and pans. There is a very big balcony with view
at Lycabetous Mountain and has also table with 4 chairs
Accessories that has the flat: iron, ironing, vacuum cleaner and microwave
About the rent: I will be come every month to take the rent. In the
rent includes all the bills as water bills, building bills and
internet bills.
About the deposit: With the first rent you give me a deposit. When the
time comes to leave if there are no damages and is clear I will return
you back the deposit
About the area which is the house: Everything you need is very close.50meters pharmacy, 10meters mini markets, 200meters
supermarkets, 300meters open market fruit and vegetables, 50meters bus station, 50meters bank, very close at the areas Kolonaki, Syntagma, Exargeia .
About the building: You need to respect the quiet hours (2:30 to 5:30 and after 11:00).
