Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start from 20 sqm upwards.
The studio is centrally located in the district of Frankfurt Bockenheim – extremely close to the highlights of the city. Walk to the trendy district \;Leipziger Straße\; or to the campus Bockenheim of Goethe University. All other Frankfurt universities are also easily accessible, thanks to excellent links to public transport. Look forward to the skyline view from the roof terrace.

You have your own mailbox for your letters and our residence team in the Management Office are happy to accept your parcels.

A member of our team is available during office hours. They will happily help you with any requests you may have.

For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.

We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will apply)

- A 150 EUR administration fee will be due before Move in
- For rental contracts up to 6 months, 7% VAT applies on the apartment rent. This increases the rental price.
