The studio is fully equipped ready to leave in with Wifi internet, super comfortable double bed, desk or dining table with stools, sofa, bathroom with shower and sink, ideally located near the train station (800m), city centre, shopping, university campus. When a couple move in the price for water and heating will be 60 euro. Feel free to contact me. There is also a possibility to have a second bed. The rent for the second bed is 50 euros a month.
